Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on maee44. Owning more than one account for the purpose of abusing promotions or circumventing restrictions is a serious violation that may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts.
All transactions on maee44 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). A minimum deposit of RM 10 and a minimum withdrawal of RM 30 apply.
All maee44 bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the value of the bonus received. Specific terms for each promotion are stated on the Promotions page.
Any attempt at fraud, use of automated software (bots), collusion between players, or exploitation of system bugs is strictly prohibited. maee44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and investigate any suspicious activity before processing payment.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and maee44 ("Platform", "We"). During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. maee44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including a copy of the Malaysian national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. A maee44 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms. maee44 reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold all balances without notice if identity fraud is detected.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If this is not possible, maee44 will contact you to arrange an alternative method. Your first withdrawal may require an additional identity verification process before it is approved.
Maee44 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the Terms. In such cases, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
All winnings that are valid and comply with these Terms will be paid out in full. maee44 is committed to processing approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated above.
Maee44 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions in addition to the following general terms:
Using opposing betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements (for example, placing opposing bets at the same table) is prohibited and considered bonus abuse. maee44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings without prior notice.
All bets placed on the maee44 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except under specific exceptional circumstances as determined by maee44. The following betting terms apply across the board:
For progressive jackpots, all jackpot conditions stated on the Jackpot forms part of these Terms. Jackpot payouts are subject to verification and may take up to 5 business days to process for jackpots exceeding RM 500,000.

Maee44 employs advanced fraud detection technology to monitor all account activity. Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all existing balances.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (after deducting bonus winnings that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 7 business days.
For accounts terminated due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. maee44 will notify the member of the outcome within 30 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any legal action is initiated.
